In keeping with the theme of many of the many reviews on this website about the tech tee 2.0, I will say the following: 1) it does not fit as nicely as the original, 2) the fabric is not nearly as nice or soft, 3) the cut of the arm seams is horrible and uncomfortable, 4) it fits tighter than the original, which is a common theme of revised UA clothing (not just this tee), and 5) the color options are limited and not as good as the original V-neck tech tee. I have purchased many (more then 30 of these shirts. I wear them every day, but I will not be buying anymore of the 2.0 shirts. Something very similar happened when UA went from the original Playoff 1/4 Zip, to the 2.0 Playoff 1/4 Zip. It is probably one of the reasons that the company is not meeting it's sales performance targets.
I am 6'8" and weigh 320 pounds. haven't been to the gym in years but am turning over a new leaf. got these as part of my new workout clothes. I usually wear 3XL Tall. I figured id get something a little baggier so I went with the 4XL Tall. It fit more like a 2XL Tall and the material was so thin it was basically see through. Returned them and was issued a refund.
I wore this once, the seem on the left sleeve can undone and then the entire sleeve came unraveled after another two wearing. The shirt is paper thin and not very soft. This feels like a cheap shirt w/ cheap fabric made for outlet.
A good fit and a great performane tee. This V Neck is perfect for the gym or just everyday wear. Plenty roomy and cool [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
Slightly stretch which is nice if the tshirt is a bit tight [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
The tech line is by far the lightest and most comfortable of all the lines UA has [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
Great comfortable shirt, except it got completely snagged the first time wearing it. Completely ruined and a waste of money.
the trim around the v-neck is stitched with only one line stitch and the inside part of the seam pokes inward on you instead of laying flat. Not so bad when you put it on but once you get a little heated, it feels pokey and itchy. Their earlier version of this v-neck tee shirt was great. It had two lines of stitching around the neck and the inside seam layed flat. First thing from UA that I didn't think was great and I have expereinced many.
Hope that you continue these fabric going forward. Would like to see more color selection and the stock selection is getting smaller. Best shirt I have had on quite se te. Keep up the good work.
The good: light weight and super fast moisture wicking.
The bad: the material really irritated my skin and you will probably need to wear some kind of undershirt because the shirt is see through.
My favorite UA is the old charged cotton shirt and I’ve worn em out and have been searching for a replacement ever since and these are not it. The search continues.
