Perfect fit
I been using this for few years now for my long runs & Marathon/Half Marathon events. These Tights are so good you don’t need anything else. No matter how long, Hot or rainy day I feel good. Only one problem I can not put my iPhone11 pro in pocket. If they make pocket little bigger it’s gono be perfect. But I recommend for all runners.

Great running shorts for hot weather runs
I originally bought these to get compression on my thighs for longer runs. Found them to be light weight and cooler than regular running shorts during summer runs here in South Florida. Now have three pairs. The inner lining makes them comfortable to go commando.

Comfortable; heavy weight; high waistband
I bought a pair in mens large for waist 34. Fit is snug, but good. I wear running briefs under them, but you could easily go commando. I don't. Ever. One surprise I had with these is that the waistband comes up very high. Its not a problem, but in winter I tuck my compression shirt(s) into the pants and wear a Pearl Izumi screaming yellow biking wind shell jacket on top. Without the jacket, it would look a bit goofy to have shirts tucked into the high waistband. I have not tested the pocket, but it feels a bit convoluted and I suspect a cell phone would get rather wet with sweat. I carry the cell, keys, nutrition, etc. in an external Amphipod belt pack.
