Great fit and feel
These shorts are great. The length is great. They also give just enough. I use them for weight training. They are great for squats and deadlift. I think that’s because they are not too long and give a little. I wash them on cold and line dry them and they still look new after 8 months.

The shorts in Halo Gray are basically white, the photo shows them much more gray than they are. The shorts are amazing, just not the right color.

Thinner material than '21, see through in Key Lime
Ordered two pairs, in 8 and 6 inches. The 6" in Key Lime are transparent. You can see the pockets through the top layer. Aaand other things.

Comfortable overall, but the front fabric has frayed. Drawstring design is not the best.

Drawstring Flaw
Not sure how these shorts have such good reviews. The drawstring is awful. You can't possibly tighten the shorts well if they fit loose. I know how to tie knots efficiently and the stretchy string they give you is no where near enough to make a tight knot. I ended up cutting it down the middle to make two separate strings and even this doesn't help much as the drawstring doesn't even go completely around the full waistband. I'm sort of perplexed at this design. Great short that is ruined by the drawstring.

Starting to disintegrate after two washes
I bought these shorts because the fit was good and they were light weight.
After a few weeks of wear and two washes (gentle cycle cold, tumble dry), they have started to pill very badly like an old sweater. I anticipate they might last maybe 5-6 months total before they fall apart.
Extremely poor quality and material for shorts that cost so much. Would not recommend under any circumstances

Poor quality.
Love the way the shorts fit and look but the material is terrible. I bought 4 pairs in different colors and after 2 washes the front is all frayed and stitching coming undone. First products that I’ve purchased from UA that has disappointed me
