Overall, excellent training shoes.
The double lacing system at the top provides added stability during barbell squats and lunges. This to include thick heel and sole protection and the inner support system for the left and right side of each foot keeps me injury-safe.

Rock project 5 has a great feel on the foot
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The rock project five has a great tongue system. When you lace up the shoe, it does not bind or create uncomfortable spots on the top of your foot. Fits good and snug stays in place even when doing hiit exercises.
