Great all-rounded gym shoe

Best training shoe
I’m very conscience of foot health, I prefer minimalist shoes but I still switch out for typical commercial brands. It was time to buy a new pair, but I wanted a shoe with very little heel to toe drop, if any. This shoe satisfied that requirement and I noticed they usually run slightly bigger which isn’t a bad thing if you’re looking for a little more width around the front for the toes to move naturally when lifting. I don’t have wide feet like that, but I prefer wide toe boxes, so I personally felt like these shoes were perfect width for me as well with them naturally running a little larger. I also didn’t feel like I was going to slip out of the shoe, definitely felt like my foot was secure and locked down during lifts. They’re really light too, they weren’t anymore stiff than any other brand new shoe I’ve worn, if anything I’d said these broke in faster and I didn’t even notice anymore stiffness after the 3rd time I wore them to the gym. I wouldn’t recommend running in them, but if you walk on the treadmill, do the bike or use the stair master for your cardio then you’re fine with wearing these. I got the white and black color way, I can’t really speak to the inaccurate colors I keep seeing, color also isn’t a huge deal for me though.
This is an amazing shoe, best training shoe I’ve ever owned and I’ve been exploring in this domain for 13 years now.

Excellent comfort and support
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the most comfortable and versatile training shoe I’ve ever worn. It has great grip when performing squats, deadlifts, etc, as well as ankle support and mobility for more explosive movements.

Great for Crossfit
After trying a variety of Nike Metcon and Nobull shoes, I was surprised how great the Reign 5 felt during the various WODs I tested it under.
The 2mm drop makes a huge different and the shoe feels seriously solid to the ground. It felt very comfortable during snatches, squats, Box jumps, and running, which was the biggest surprise IMO.
If you're into Crossfit, give this shoe a try. I don't think you'll be disappointed.
